Bill Hawfield is a professional manager, international speaker, business owner, and a published, board process authority.
Bill has served on more than forty boards, both fiduciary and advisory, in a wide variety of industries, including distribution, construction, manufacturing, aerospace, financial services, consulting, insurance, and foodservice. He has served as a non-executive chairman, lead director, and a member of audit and compensation committees.
He is an international speaker for Vistage, an organization comprising 22,000 CEOs worldwide. A recipient of the Vistage Lifetime Achievement award for consistently high speaker ratings, his topics include Visual Planning for Personal and Business Success, Your Success is in the Cards, and Double the Value of Your Company.

He has served on fifty-two public and private company boards and currently serves on several boards as the non-executive chairman.
He is a past member of the Young Presidents Organization and is a group chairman and speaker with Vistage International.
John has an MBA degree from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.
