Visual Planning for Success

Humans are visual. We take in 70% of our information through our eyes and we use that information to create mental pictures and intelligence about ourselves and our capabilities. Why not use that visual capability to engage your people, get new ideas, create commitments to a plan and become excellent thinkers?

The basis for our Visual Success Planning workshop is our natural learning and thinking styles. This workshop introduces visual thinking tools that are used at some of the top companies in the world, including Walt Disney, Cisco and many other technology-driven companies. With a focus on Brainstorming, Storyboarding and Execution Strategies, participants learn ways to expand thinking and how to take ideas to action.

Participants will see how to use these simple but elegant tools to:

· Create an effective Strategic or Personal Success Plan in 30 minutes

· Generate new product ideas and product launch plans

· Enhance customer service

· Identify cost reductions

· Build better team collaboration and contribution

With interactive tools and collaborative sessions, participants will create individual storyboards for their success plan, new ideas and processes for building their business and new ways to gain employee input and commitment. Sessions are designed to provide for the exchange of valuable ideas and processes.
